Not everyone is an expert on farming and ranching, in fact most folks have questions about the food we eat and how it came to be.

For example, Did you know that each farm in the U.S. produces, on average, enough food and fiber for 165 people each year?

That's one of the items featured in the new Food and Farm Facts book by the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture.

Editor, Cyndie Shearing says it helps answer a lot of questions people have about their food.

And Shearing says the book provides all the information you ever wanted the items you put on your plate every day.

The book is available online on the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture website at www.agfoundation.org.
