This Year's Ag Classic "Defining Sustainability"

This year’s Ag Classic — the joint annual conference of Colorado Corn and Colorado Wheat will happen December 7th through the 9th at the Embassy Suites in Loveland. Colorado Corn Communications Director Eric Brown encourages corn and wheat growers to attend
Brown: “It’s going to be a great conversation on not only where the ag industry is but where it is going. We’re going to have experts on are both boots on the ground day-to-day — useful things that they can use day to day as far as sustainability goes that they can apply to their operation. But is going to be big picture, where the economic outlook as a whole for Colorado agriculture, the regulatory outlook. We’re bringing the EPA Agricultural Advisor here in Colorado Rebecca Perrin. It’s going to be good big picture but also on good day-to-day here on my operation kind of picture as well. On sustainability — its a term and what that means and how that landscape is shaped is going to play a role in agriculture for decades.”
Other feature speakers is JBS USA’s Cameron Bruett, CO Water Conservation Board Director James Eklund, Reagan Waskom the Colorado Water Institute director as well as CSU’s Dr. James Pritchett.
