Freeman: “Wednesday afternoon we are having what we call a Drone Town hall. because we share airspace with drone operators. In particular this next year, there are a lot of drone operations commercially working for farmers and ranchers doing some survey work. So the Drone Town Hall is all about safety. We will have Wayne Woldt from University of Nebraska presenting about a beacon to mark your work site. Then discussing some of the ways we can communicate during flying season in order to safely avoid one another and yet allow all of us to get our work done.”
