White: ‘The Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference is held every year. This it is May 23-24th at Johnson and Wales University in Denver. It is really designed for anyone interested in food safety issues —- food safety professionals, food service managers, chefs, food processors, students. It is really a great event that highlights the current trends in food safety, changing rules and regulations pertaining to food safety. And we’re really excited to have a great program for the two days in May. We have information about the agenda, the speakers, and registrations at rmfoodsafety.org.”
