Colorado Farm Show Scholarships

The Colorado Farm Show is keeping tradition alive by helping a handful of college students get their educations in the ag industry.

"They go to youth in Colorado staying in Ag. It's gotta be in ag field."

Terry Weber - Chairman of the Scholarship Committee says it's really important that Colorado students consider a career in agriculture.

"Kids are wanting to go for the high tech big dollar jobs when they get out of school. We're running into deficits."

There are two $4000.00 renewable Farm Show Rolling Scholarships. Two 15-hundred dollars secondary scholarships for past winners currently pursuing their secondary education in an Agricultural or Vo-Tech Field of study.
