Colorado Pork Producers and their guests will help support for the Colorado Future Farmers of America Foundation with the upcoming Taste of Elegance Event.

Joyce Kelly, Colorado Pork Producers Council Executive Director says because the event is a chef's cooking competition they also send some funds to the Colorado Chefs Association.

This year 13 chefs will compete to serve the best dish made with a cut of pork.

"This year we are very excited that we are partnering with Sebord Foods. They are going to provide the pork. The people that attend the event get to sample and taste these dishes and they get to vote on which is the best dish. And then we'll have a live auction for some fundraising for the FFA.

The Taste of Elegance with Colorado Chefs competing with their one of a kind pork dishes will be held July 20th and the Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel.

The winning Chef will have a chance to represent Denver at the National Pork Board Summit in Napa California
