Hi everybody it's time for your Land and Livestock Report here on the Ag Information Network of the West-I'm Russell Nemetz.

Last week our friends at the NILE Stock Show celebrated their 50th Anniversary in Billings, MT. I was able to take in some of the NILE on Friday and met one of this year's Gelbvieh exhibiters, Ledgerwood Gelbvieh from Pomeroy, WA.

Samee and Pete Charriere own and operate Ledgerwood Gelbvieh in conjunction with Rafter C Reds.

"I've been coming to the NILE since 2006. Started coming here because it's the biggest Gelbvieh show in the region. The people are great, they treat us well and we've had a lot of success here." says Samee Charriere.

Congratulations to Lederwood Gelvieh as their JL52 Apollo bull was this year's NILE champion bull.

That's your Land and Livestock Report-I'm Russell Nemetz.
