Prewett: “If someone is curious, we’d definitely welcome them to go through the course or if there is ag instructors out there who might want to check out the program, it’s obviously tailored to culinary instruction but it is completely free. If you go to www.agribeef.com/education or it is also in the footer of our website under culinary education. You can register, it takes about five minutes. You can register for free. There is four modules online that go through ranching, cattle feeding, beef processing and grading then then beef fabrication and distribution. They can go through the four video courses and then you have to pass two tests to receive your continuing education hours through the American Culinary Federation. If you are not a chef — that might not be relevant to you — but you can still take the test to see how you do on the comprehension of the material. So anybody who would like to participate, definitely can just to check it out and see what it is about.”
