Hi everybody it's time for your Wednesday Agri Beef Minute on the Land and Livestock Report, here on the Ag Information Network of the West-I'm Russell Nemetz.

The Washington State Weed Board is considering changes to the 2018 noxious weed list. And this year they included farmers and ranchers in their annual survey to determine the economic impacts of the proposed changes.

This week I talked with Alison Halpern, the Executive Secretary of the Washington State Noxious Weed Control Board.

"This year we're proposing several changes to the Washington State Noxious Weed List. We are considering Small-flowered jewelweed, European coltsfoot, Malta starthistle, The Eurasian watermilfoil hybrid, Spotted jewelweed and Cheatgrass."

The Board will hold a public hearing on proposed weed list changes on October 31st in Wenatchee.

That's your Land and Livestock Report-I'm Russell Nemetz.
