Idaho Wheat Commission researcher Cathy Wilson talks about millennials, bit coins and commodity trading, possibly in the very near future. "I am looking at this saying, you know what, it helps that I have two millennial's in the household. I can't even counsel them. I can't even counsel them on, for example, how to get a job. I'm talking to my 20 something-year-old and I'm saying put together a good resume, dress up nicely, walk around, talk to people, show your face. He says, Mom, I just uploaded my resume on Indeed and I have gotten 15 callbacks already. I'm saying to myself, I'm pretty old school, sorry about that. Good luck son. It's a different world. We think they're different but they are not. They get it. We need to not hamstring the next wave of young professionals by trying to teach them to do it the way we did it because in the information society that we are in today, we are talking about bitcoin's. We may be trading commodities using bitcoins for the money and block chain to protect it. I don't even get what those things are. I have kids that are in their teens that are going, Mom, it's so basic."
