Okay so you are in a beef feedlot or a huge dairy operation and you are delivering food to your cattle. Not a hard thing to do if you have 30 head. But what if you have 1000 or more. That can get confusing. Here’a a a high tech solution. "What turnkey does is provide high technology, simple to use systems that control not only where the ration goes, they have something called GPS Uniform Feed Delivery area. It's a patented system and method using global positioning satellites that are developed for the uniform delivery of fine feed rations with one pass of the feed delivery vehicle. So a feed truck is passing along pen 502, there will be an alert to the driver that pen 502 gets ration X out of the truck. Thus there is no confusion between delivering a ration to pen 502 or pen 503. It's a patented system that is incorporated into the feed truck itself which has matched the pens and alerts the driver to which pen which ration goes. Turnkey does much more than that though. They also have total animal health tracking systems which tracks the animal from the time they come off the truck to the time they leave the feedlot. Their health state, their condition every step of the way. Turnkey manages about 18 million cattle in the US and Canada.
