Chicago December Wheat ended yesterday up 9, at 513. December corn ended the day down 1 1/4, at 388 3/4. Portland prices for soft white wheat of ordinary protein for October, were up 9 to 14, at mostly 5-48 3/4. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for October were up 7, at mostly 6-21 3/4. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for October were up 6 1/2 at mostly 6-55. October live cattle closed yesterday down $4.50, at 124.67 1/2. October Feeder cattle were down $3.37 1/2, at 177.55. October class III milk was up 7 cents, at 15-44.
