"So, there's a customer care aspect that goes into that" said Cleary. "There's things that can happen when shipping perishable goods. I'm a part of the team that speaks directly with our customers. If there's any issues that happen with shipping or questions like how they're fed, how they're processed or about each different cut and what they're looking for, we help them answer them. Especially since a lot of our customers are ordering for special events, it's important that were there to answer phone emails and chat as well. Right on the website."

She says more and more people are taking advantage of Agri Beef's e-commerce platforms and shopping online.

"People are doing more and more each year" said Clearly. "So, it's been fun to see how even in one year the company has changed and evolved to cater towards those types of customers."
