Bowtech’s Diamond  line has stripped away the design limitations of single cam bows, giving consistency and true, blazing speeds. here to explain is Jordan Clark from Bowtech’s operation in Eugene, Or. “Bowtech’s been around since 1999, we were really trying to getting into the performance and the speed of the bows and we are a very fast performing bow company. We have formed a dual cam system and a couple of single cams along the way. Single cams are very well-known for their smoothness of draw cycle and that is another technology that can really help people who need a little lighter poundage bow, there are a lot of guys who have joined and shoulder issues such as arthritis, tendonitis, that need a little bit smoother system and that single cam really provides a smoother draw cycle and a little nicer pull through on a cam system as well. Other technologies that we have going are our Flex Guard system, this is our second year with that, you see for years and years bows have used a cable rod or a cable roller, what our Flex Guard system does is it pulls those cables to the side much like other technology has previously, but it is basically like a miniature limb on a roller, so what it actually does is it travels inward, flexes inward, thus reducing the amount of torque that it causes.
