Fillet Away FISH MATS are made of a high quality material that does not absorb oil. The rows of pegs hold the fish in place while it is being cleaned. The result is a fillet mat that works and is also easy to clean. No more stinky slippery fillet mats. Lay the Fillet Away FISH MAT on any flat surface, for example a cooler, picnic table, dock or cleaning station counter. Apply a small amount of pressure with the fish against the mat so the pegs can "grab" the fish. After filleting, hold the mat by the handle and swish in the water or spray off with a hose.
NOTE: Fillet Away FISH MATS are made of a soft rubber that will cut. They are not intended to be used as a cutting board.
