Gabe Rodriguez reflecting back on his life experiences as an outdoorsman is very inspiring both from the perspective of being an avid hunter, but also being involved in this activity from the family angle. He grew up with a mother and father who split up so his grandfather took over the role of being a mentor in terms of hunting pheasant, whitetail, etc. in the Midwest. So when Gabe became a father he returned the favor to his own son. Let's pick up the conversation I had with him: "Just like I looked forward to it with my grandfather, he's looking forward to it with me. And I look forward to it with him now. And it's something again every single year. Elk season comes around this season and when it comes around, here we go. We're not big turkey hunters because wild turkeys are definitely not our favorite. But you know we do like to hunt elk. We do like to hunt deer.

And of course pheasant. Bird hunting, upland game, waterfowl etc. is a big priority of ours because that again brings a lot of fun. There's a lot of energy, there's a lot of adrenaline involved in that and yeah that's it I guess. Does that answer your question? Answers my question beautifully.
