This is Bob Larson with the Market Line Report for Wednesday, February 14th. Some corrections in the cattle market Tuesday. From the floor of the CME in Chicago, here's Joe Vaclavik ...

VACLAVIK ... "The live cattle market traded both sides of unchanged here on Tuesday. We actually traded into some fresh highs early in the session, but that kind of backed off so really kind of indecisive trading here on Tuesday. The cash cattle markets been slow to develop. We saw some cash trade on light volume, I believe at $126 last week. Some people within the trade are talking higher number this week, but will have to wait and see how that pans out. The choice box market, the choice boxed beef market has really just consolidated here recently in the $200 to $210 range. We've been kind of toward the upper end of that recently."
