With today's Fruit Grower Report, I'm Bob Larson. Online purchasing is nothing new, relatively speaking, but its convenience has become very attractive to many of us. That's why Pear Bureau Northwest has added a new feature to its website allowing people searching their pear recipes to quickly and easily order the ingredients ...

STEPHENSON ... "So, this is an opportunity for us to say somehow you got to our website, whether it was through social media, whether you were doing a search online for a pear tart, and you got to our website, you read our recipe, it intrigued you. Rather than printing it out and taking it as ingredients to the grocery store, now you can literally just press a button and create that 'shopped moment' ... fully shopped!"

Otherwise, you know, Amazon Fresh is limited across the country, but Walmart is certainly is quite ubiquitous and so no matter where you're at, you probably get Walmart service."
