Beth Kienitz grew up on a farm and returns there often to help her family. She works for the Air Quality Board and feels there's more to Ada County where wheat and potato fields have been replaced by houses, schools and shopping malls. KIENTZ "This is the larger part of my folk's operation that us kids come and help on. There's 200 plus acres down on the Payette River here in Gem County, 130 head of cattle with all their babies. We do fall calves and we've got pasture down here, some hay. This is my stress reliever. Some people think I'm weird. This is a good place to come. Thanks for holding. Can I get a license plate number please? I have to be friendly over the phone or they abandon ship on ya. But there's people that are good to deal with and people who are not so friendly and I still have to be nice and I have to bite my tongue." Beth Kienitz, Young Farmers and Ranchers District Four Chairman. Voice of Idaho Agriculture Bill Scott
