Here he is. “Winchester Bay, the bottom fish structure here is at mid-water depth, about 300 feet of water, but it is loaded with nice, nice ling cod. So most boats that leave out of Winchester Bay for a rock fishing trip target the ling cod 1st and there is a high success ratio on that I can almost guarantee that anybody who is with me, weather permitting, will catch their limit and that is not that common up and down the coast. And other than ling cod? Sea bass type fish like yellow tail rock fish and black rock fish.” All bait and tackle is provided.
